The FUNGARIUM of Yugra state University stores 750 specimens of fungi collectred in Khanty-Mansiyskiy autunomous okrug - YUGRA. Larger part of collection goes from bog ecosystems, which are widespread at the area. It is relatively small collection, and there are much to do, but this work is in progress. All collections are stored as dry specimens, labeled and sorted in systematic and alphabetic order. Associated information is managed in ACCESS data management system (currently off-line). Core data structure for a specimen database is implemented: data, collector, locality, georeference, data on ecology, related plant, taxonomic name, morphological descriptions - are required fields. All specimens are illustrated with pictures in situ, or in studio, under lens (x8 - 50 magnification) or under microscope (x50 - 1000). Currently 75% of specimens are provided with illustrations (2500 files; 2.5 Gb).

About 9% of specimens were mentioned in floristic papers; the same number was published at mycological forums; database was uploaded at CUBBY cloud storage system (as temporal substitute to online database); 83% currently unpublished. The collection is open to distribution and exchange: in 2012-2013 period about 10% of specimens was loaned or donated.

Database design: the database consists from 10 related tables. Reguired fields of the main input form listed below:

Accession number, Date, Legit (collector), Identifier, Loaned or donated, Herbarium specimen presence (otherwise - pictured registration), Locality, Latitude, Longitude, Altitude, Coordinate approximation, Community type, Vegetation (descriptive), Micro niche, Substrate, Host plant, Plant part, Taxonomic name (proir identificaion), Taxonomic name (final, publication reported in related table), Macro-morphological description, Micro-morphological description.

Total number: 742 records in DB: 713 with herbarium specimen, 29 pictured registrations.

Outgoing specimens: 76 specimen (Komarov Botanical Institute, University of Illinois, and several specialists or amateur mycologists).

Temporal coverage: 2008 (10 specimens), 2009 (8), 2012 (453), 2013 (267).

Location of collections: Khanty-Mansiyskiy rayon: Mukhrino [N60,892° E68,674°] - (402), Chistoe [N61,059° E69,466° ] - (326); other sites: Kondinskie [N60,85° E63,52° ] - (5), Beloyarskiy (1), Berezovskiy (1), Kogalym (1), Noyabrsk (1), Vogulka (1).

Ecological structure: saprophytic species (589), forming mycorrhiza (129), parasitic (23). Specimens with registered plant host: 709, for which 25 plant species related. Most collections (740) goes from community of bog; from about 15 vegetation types.

Systematics: larger part from basidiomycetes (371) and discomycetes (192); others are: perithecioid (76), imperfect (74), myxomycetes (13), zygomycetes (3); with part of specimens under-classified. Identified specimens belong to 146 genus, 110 specimens (14%) without genus identity.

Publication: 9% published in journals (two papers, 2013), 8% in Internet (mycological forums AscoFrance, MushroomObserver), 12 species are proposed to protection (Red Book of KHMAO, 2013) based on herbarium registrations, 83% unpublished specimens.
